_about project
the transformation of the space, at the end is the activity of a subject in the objective sphere of a personal expression; knowing this, the space always shows as a personal category – as a space of a personality; according to this, the transformation of the space is transformation of a personality – affirmation trough artistic practice / act; so it is possible to join many different artistic acts and gather them in to one project like this one through something else but the primary theme; even if we put all this behind it is still possible to enjoy in the simple meaning of the happening whose purpose is to put the city life in action with a hope that this kind of transformation will bring any kind of flexible events in the town.

this project is attempt of displacing of city life from introverting places in to open city space; people who work on this places have monopolistic opinion that particular kind of events are possible in particular kind of spaces; in open city space, events (art objects) are available to anyone; whole city population from the moment when author put object in space or perform some action is creator of the further destiny of objects, performances or any other action; in the other way, spaces built for specific purpose project tried to put into the function /gallery places / or alternative places never used in artistic purpose (shop windows, basements of galleries…) give new function;
to make object for some specific place, to organize the exhibition according to the place for the exhibiting ; finding the place which fits to the work; all this will produce a place for the happenings, ordinary life as well as artistic or any other events;
in this project participated 30 authors; they occupied 10 places- four exteriors and six interiors.

my work is between the boarders, between the worlds that belong to nobody...
it is tender and it’s framed with gold...

my work is youth and belongs to everybody...
on the base the whole reaction of the society, about the blindness...
everywhere and everything...
we’re burnt and our heads are blown off...
we are leaving on a flight around the muddy life,
we cannot stop deceiving ourselves it is not good!
it must be repent once. We must feel sorry until we change all!
look at you!
we are wrong we are sinful we are walking dead men singing “THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST”...
human beings without faith and hope… sin and evil of the world…we are not worst…WE ARE NOT!

the confrontation of two concepts (ideological-political-national opposite to artistic), questions and dilemma, the reconstruction of space (informal space), the change of the wildly accepted concept (attack on the obvious, every day, usual things...

<realization>
the sculpture would stand on the fondation built on the central square in zrenjanin; the fondation is built to the honor of king petar; it has been standing empty for years waiting for the monument to be finished; before being put on the foundation, the sculpture would be adorned with a white sheet; the sculpture of the woman would hold a white flag; NOT ALLOWED

the sculpture would be four meters tall; it would be the figure of the woman, made of different materials (construction of iron, paper, cloth, wine, then paintings and similar);

<activities>
the putting of the sculpture on the fondation, reaction and talking to the audience, recording in the different kinds of media;

reasons>
the street of aleksandar I kararadjordjevic-main street is one of the characteristic examples of many transformations of city zrenjanin in the past; before two-three decades this street was open for public traffic and today is free walking zone; even now the main street have not accomplished any functional needs of the city, at least its architecture was harmonic before; today this is confusion, built in different styles which purpose is not completely clear; traditionally, the street was full of shops, banks but now in the same time is made as a place for dwelling; in last few decades to this street were added several modern objects to increase architectural dramatization of the city centre and main street.

site specific> teleport passage>
the object built for specific location which purpose is an esthetic articulation of the environment; by introducing of the new scenic space in space of the street, it is open a new possibility for imaginary articulation of the environment;
by entering and looking through small windows on the wall of the passageway, the observer is offered new space because the slides show the present surrounding changed by photo montage.

functioning>
the passageway is made of solid materials assign for passing a numbers of people- minimum ten observers; the observers automatically turn on lights which is posted with slides in the boxes on the wall of the passageway; the light activated by sensor which is posted on the top of the passageway.

during the past people had related their life to environment arranging public squares belong to the past and the present time. Now people care for and cherish as a memory but they interfere themselves arranging the environment in their way.
t he possibilities of modification are showed as an example with a twelve-meter flowerbed…

in every town there are places (buildings, parks, squares...) that can flame your imagination in some moments. as a little I was playing with my crew from the neighborhood in the park which is on the hill. we used to play seven Blake’s (it was some science fiction serial - if anyone can remember that). this place gave us perfect possibities; it was like we were inside of huge space ship. the view from the top of the two threes, which was looking on the street, was the front viewer of the ship which we are in command of.
this works in zrenjanin are my imagination today, my playground inspired with town zrenjanin.

This game is a starting point of new series of games which should be lasted for several years; During this years inspiration for games will be found among different epoques of north american history; the name of game which is presented here is “ before the white man came…”; imagining area of events is West of North America; tribes which lives in that area, hunt buffalos, bears, dears and other animals; they will make a war which is major point of the game; every player is responsible for the one tribe; the tribe is consisted of warriors, chief warrior who is responsible for honorable making of alliance, magician who cure wounded and also woman and children who must be protected very carefully because the future of a tribe depend on them...

the yellow line, which can be found in banks and post offices of the modern world, a sign of a horizontal signalization with purpose to control the individual and correct his behavior in a group; by displacing that line, whole together with text beneath (please wait behind yellow line) its function becomes a critical attitude of an artist towards the location of the line; the line becomes the universal instrument for criticizing society, politics, individual social and private property, artistic act…

<necessary equipment>
20 children
250 chalks as follows
- 20 pieces of sky blue
- 20 pieces of mars red
- 20 pieces of sun yellow
- 20 pieces of comet green and scaly green for aliens
- 20 pieces of chalks different colors (tails, horns, noses, antennas, scafanders)

during this action I am going to stand on the launch pad and all the children are going to be launched in space to explore what the aliens are doing, what they eat, what they look like, what school they go to, how they travel, where they go out, how planets look like.

_reactions
our first idea was to start transformations in many small towns in Serbia with artistic actions like making of site specific works ( objects, installations, sculptures, performances); after the project is finished we asked ourselves: is there any sense for making similar actions in any other town? because the reactions of the public were not so good in zrenjanin; is this project finished?
